Strength c(r)ap

I play a Dark Elf fighter/hobby mage =)...
My strength has capped at 100.

Is this race specific? Will I never be able to carry more than 500 weight units? Can I enchant or something to boost strength over 100?

It's the general cap on everything. Enchant items with constant fortify strenght, that should help. You need golden saints/sleepers (or some such) in grand gems & a shitload of cash & fortify attribute spells. I currently have 150 str with only a few items. Another solution is to make items that have constant bound weapons/armor, as they are light.
