Where do you find the last shrine ( the one near ghostgate)?? searched nw of it but can't find it

It's actually northeast of the gate itself; as you go uphill from the gate, dodge the corprus walker, and keep an eye out for a ravine going off to the right: at the head of the ravine, you'll find the shrine.

Good luck: that's a weird place!
