| PLUGIN: Cloak Collection 1.4 released! |

A rather massive update to the ultimate Cloak mod:
1. Capes and hoods availlable as seperate items. Now you can wear a cape (great for knights and wizards), just a hood (looks particulary good on female characters and rogue-like characters), and you can design your own cloak by mixing the capes and hoods.
2. Each new race has a 'set' of 1 cape and 1 hood, with stats that enhance the good points of that race and penalise the bad points. A new npc in Balmora will give you the location of the items of your race, though you might sometimes need detect enchantment spells to find the best hidden ones.
3. Various unique and balanced cloaks/capes/hoods.
4. New variations of the cloak icon, depending on the color and enchantments of the item.
5. Armored cloaks/capes, which can be used while wearing a shirt. So you can wear either a shirt and a Armored cloak/cape, or a cuirass and a normal cloak/cape.

Added two armored cloaks
Added two armored capes
Added four 'constant effect' hooded robes
Added one set (enchanted hood/cape) for each race (twenty new items)
Added Black Ordinator Capes to various Ordinators
added/changed Item Inventory Icons (*.tga)
Changed some enchanted cloaks to enchanted capes

Installation is very easy, just launch the installer and follow the instructions. You can install it over older versions of the mod.
