Does every form of magic have its own specific circle that is special to its style?
If not, can you get and use all of the magic runes? |

Each rune has its own minimum circle requirement. The more circles you have learned, the more magic runes you can use. You can use all magic runes when you have reached circle 6. _________________ =Farseer=

Do you go right? Or do you go left? A simple decision, yes? No ambiguities. Only the dream of the path not taken! And so one might stand in this place and contemplate for a long while. What will I miss if I go left? What will I lose if I go right? And in my indecision, have I chosen a worse fate? |

Yes. All runic spells are grouped together in circles. So, if you have learned the first circle then you can cast fire, water and sect first circle spells from runes. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

6th circle? How do you get that?
My Mage is at a dead end, at 5th circle. The Orc Slave won't give me the Ulu Mulu. I've got all the ingredients, but when I talk to him the only option is 'END', instead of 'I've got the stuff...etc.'
So... after having killed almost every living being, I'm on to the orcs, which are quite difficult even for a Circle 5 Mage. I wonder if I can finish the game like this? |

When you've reached circle 5, go to Xardas, and he will make you a Necromancer, and then you get to circle 6 _________________ Thou shallt not kill |

Whoa yeah!
You only get the option to learn the 6th Circle after you get the Uriziel and if you're already a circle 5 mage.
But you also get a cool robe, exactly like Xardas'. And I'm not sure which is better... the robe of dark arts or the ore armor.
Oh... and the Uriziel Rune... Oh WOWZers! Become a mage even if the only reason is to see the Uriziel Rune in action! |

You can cheat to see the rune in action.
Anyway I think the robe of dark arts has better magic and fire protection where ore armour has better arrow and weapon protection. _________________ =Moderator of The RPGDot Shadows=
