on chapter 3, Karras sends me to get something from the Seekers, He doesn't give me a clue where i might find that..
I've been killing Seekers and i cant find anything that i can use to bring Karras.
Then what do i need to get?
Where do i get it?

Well, actually you have to bring him someting "about" the seekers. Some of the NPCs in Khorinis are possessed by means of an evil almanac. If you find one of the almanacs I think Pyrotha will give you a quest to find all of them. Anyway, let Karras also have a peek at one of these books and he will understand the nature of the seekers better.
