It's been all NWN single-player for me lately. My dwarven Paladin Gimli XII shall beat the game! _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

I continue to play Morrowind with a lot of Mods. I still find the game emersive after all this time.
I'm also simultaneously playing Gothic 1. I want to compare the two and see the differences. It proving a tight, interesting game.
I'd like to go into the differences a little, but I don't want to start any flame wars. _________________ Ha, Ha, Ha.... Oh, you were SERIOUS?

While finishing ToEE, I'm also enjoying the demo of Geneforge2. If you liked 1, then you'll enjoy 2. Very similar. _________________ If God said it, then that settles it!

Playing a bit Morrowind, usually to test a mod or take a screenshot. Also Arx. It's a COOL game! |

Just finished Gothic 2 and then finished up a game of Gothic that had been sitting on my HD for some time. _________________ =Member of The Nonflamers' Guild=

Currently playing :
Fallout : Tactics - turn based combat - For someone like me who simply loves Fallout and strategy + is a fan of turn based this game is great.
Have installed on HD & play from time to time :
Arcanum - rpg - Even though terribly unbalanced this game had a great idea, combining magic & technology. If not for the fact that it was so un-balanced and the main characters looked gay in their armours + the average grafix - it would have been an instant classic.
Capitalism 2 - economic simulator - This is one of those games that I can't win even once But I sure try hehehe The very best economic simulator ( ? ) I played. Sometimes it;s fun to try and lead a company, too bad the interface grafix is so poorly done, though the city grafix is great.
Warcraft 3 - rts - Once it was released in a dual pack with the expansion for cheap I had to try it and I'am glad I did, simple yet pleasing - just like all the blizzard games.
NWN - rpg - I thought this was very very cool if not for the limitations of the grafix engine and slightly cartoonish grafix ( especially in the inventory ).
Wizardry 8 - rpg - The grafix engine is terribly outdated but I just had to get it when i read up on the available character choices. Very good game, the combat in some situations seems hopelessly hard imho.
Diablo 2 : LOD - shooter - Blizzard games are so simple to play that it's just relaxing.
Empire Earth - rts - I love this game, it looks great and has really good grafix. I even got the PL version of the expansion, just to discover afterwards that it will only work with the PL version of the original game and I have the EN version
I plan to play itnf :
Fallout 1 & 2 - rpg - Again, for the first time
BG1 + 2 - rpg - I was told that you can use character from 1 in 2, that just sounds cool so I might try it.
+ Anything that catches my eye and is cheap, for ex. I saw Pool of radiance and Gothic for $ 5, might give them a try. Gorasul was very cheap as well. _________________ Life is a Lie, Death is an Illussion |
