yeah, i'm pretty sure that poor naked corpse goes nowhere...shivers....at least there's no flies buzzing sound... It is a nice house though.... what did you do with the maid girl in the 2nd story room?

She just stays in her closet out of the way

I go in there to drop off junk every once in a while

My bedroom is a little messy too, but I can live with it All the tables and shelves on the ground floor are great for organizing my armour/weapons collection.

I used to live in Balmora Coucil house too, but I recently moved to Vivec, since I spend a lot of my time there, at least for now. Balmora is lot nicer, maybe I'll move back as soon as I finish most of my business in Vivec.
My Vivec condo is a nice house in Foreign Quarter plaza. I managed to 'persuade' the previous owner to give it up. I like it because it has enough shelves to hold my weapon, armour and book-collections..

The first house plug-in ever was for a house in Balmoral (kill some rats, get a house). I guess Balmoral is home for now. I don't cherish the thought of transporting all my paraphenalia to another city. The house is also convenient because the Mages Guild is near by.

I use the house Kathode made in Balmora and fixed it up to my liking with the editor. Deleted the damn rats, they nearly killed me three times! My dagger broke the second or third time i tried to fight them, and I had to buy a new one.

I have a great place just outside of the Balmora gates. It gives me easy access to House Hlaalu, Fighters and Mages guilds as well as fast travel options. A decent variety of stores and a pleasant population (thanks to lots of speechcraft practice) round out the benefits.

ps-I recommend the luxury estate mod (well done, no cheats) and the titanium armor dealer mod (well balanced, and a nice addition). Both can be found here at rpgdot.

It looks like Balmora is pretty popular with the folks here.

My Paladin is always at work thru out the land. With lots of evil to purge it's really hard to settle down. Still, he stores all the worthy artifacts in the Imperial Fort near Balmora. And since he's Knight of the Imperial Dragon, he pretty much owns all the forts.

Now, he's working on helping the honorable House Redoran and maybe one day, they will gift him with a stronghold where he can retire.

Meanwhile, my power hungry level 1 Sorceress, stays in the house behind the Mage's Guild in Balmora after disposing of the drug-adict cat that lived there. After all, she will give it a much better use. But her main goal is taking over Tel Fyr one day. A nice quite tower just for herself.
