I Don't remember seeing her in Gothic. Could this be a picture from G2? Or something that was cut? Where'd she come from?

She looks a bit like Charlotte from the German version. She's with In Extremo, at the concert in chapter 2.

How do you make the Extremo team to appear in Chapter 2 anyway. Sometimes they appear but sometimes they don't.

you mean they don't respond, or the conversation box comes up and it only says end?

If I remember that right they don't react at all to your trying to talk to them. No dialogue options.
