Dragon Bug

I recently read a review that said there was a bug where the game thinks you've killed all four dragons when you've only killed three. Is there a way to avoid this bug? Is there a cetain thing you do that causes the game to think this?

Kill them in the correct order.
A workaround for the bug is in the FAQ.

The order is Swamp, Stone, Fire, Ice. Am I right?
