Do any of the editors at RPGDot remember that HotU was released in 2003?

your own database even says so:

http://www.rpgdot.com/index.php?hsaction=10075&games=773

Sorry. Someone made a mistake on that one.

The votes for the GOTY awards are normally collected in december. This means that the games released in the month december are always part of the GOTY contest of next year. In short it means that for the GOTY 2004, the range would have been from december 1st 2003 upto november 30th 2004.
NWN:HotU was released on december 2nd, which falls in this range.

As we were one month late this time, due to being hacked and the move to a new server as an exception, the actual range this time is december 1st 2003 upto december 31st 2004. But stil te releasedate of HotU is in that range.

Ah, that explains it then. Sorry about complaining.

I see HotU wasn't on last year's GotY awards so you are consistent.

Like the Oscars, games that old usually don't get that much notice unfortunately.

I don't know if this is a good thing with HotU or a bad thing with RPG's in general this year.

Certainly HotU last year would have won a few awrds on this site if it had qulaified. The Epic Levels alone made the previous expansion SoU pale by comparison.
