Who makes the rune? (Chap 5)

Who makes the rune that teleports me into the room with the Paladin Armour?

I have the blank rune, and need some holy water, but where do I go to get that? And when ive got that who fixes it up? Milten said he could but I dont see an option on him...

Please help! thanks

you make the rune yourself (yes you can

) if you have read the almanac in the old library in the secret basement, and picked up the black rune, map, and tears of innos flask ther, then you go to gorax(he's in the room to the right of the basments entrance, buy holy water from him, go to a rune table and follow the instructions to make the teleportation rune.
