All right guys. I'll admit it. I've been cheating on Gothic to play Dark Age of Camelot. But it was induced! I got stuck in Gothic! I am having a hard time killing the packs of orc dogs and orcs in orc territory to get to Xardas Tower. Any suggestions? I'm a warrior (is it mercenary in the New Camp??)...lvl 15 I think??? I'm not at home right now, so I can't check.

You have a little mana, right? It's enough to transform yourself into a bloodfly or scavenger if you have such a scroll (Chronos and one of the Swamp guys have the stuff, I'm not sure about the Fire Mage dealer as I never bought from him).
If you're not strong/dextrous enough (or too lazy ) to fight the orcs in hand-to-hand or distance combat, you'll get past them and their dogs as a speedy bloodfly, and at least the orcs don't care much about scavengers.

The Orc Dog isn't as fast, but no one will attack it.

Just take them on one and one using this technique:
Swing with upper arrow, and then right arrow - now step back or block, and repeat this until they are dead.
If you have a two-handed sword(mastery), and over 50 in strength you should be able to kill them in 4 swings(tops). |
