| Hey people I just started to play and i need tips. |

I could really use some tips on how to get strong weapons, ore,and armor. And can you use magic scrolls even if you dont know how to use magic?

Yes, you can use magic scrolls. All you need for those is mana and you start with 5 mana.

This worked on my comp. but it might not on yours. I think its a glitch in the game. Go to the old camp and find Mud hell ask to tag along. Let him and hell starting talkin about nonsense. Then go to the Blacksmith in the camp and find out the procedure for making swords(Hell tell you if yo ask). Then buy some raw steel from him. Now make sure mud is nearby and talking. Begin to do the first step of the sword making, if mud is near he will interupt you. This cause you to hav extra glowing blades and steal as many times as you let him interupt. You can make huge profit. It may sound confusing right now but youll see what i mean when you start to do it. Then again this glitch might only exist on my game. Hope this helped! |

Well... how much of the world of Gothic have you adventured? How many skill points have you amassed?
Get the bone bow from the Old Mine. The Orc hammer is past the castle ruins, where the bloodhounds are. And a good rusty twohander is available in a chest near Stone... the smithy in the inner castle of the Old Camp.

You can get aromr by joining one of the camps and getting higher ranks in those camps.
Choose your camp carfully.

well, for ore, you can beat up traders, they usely have a lot of ore. for a good bow, beat up a rouge, and for a good sword, find some way to beat up a templar. |

You can also gather plants and skins and claw etc, etc...then exchange 'em for someone with alot of Ore. Then your rich! |

Make sure you have gained several levels first, but...
If you have a horrible weapon, beat up homer for his mace.
Beat up silas for his axe
Beat up lares for his axe
Beat up either Scar for his one-handed sword or lee for his two-handed axe
Voila! God in no time.

The fastest way I know of to gain ore when you are still weak is to steal the stuff out of the smithy's chest. Make sure the guard up top is'nt looking tho 
Once Thorus allows you to enter the castle.........STEAL everything, except for the weapons/chest in the first room on left. They'll kill ya dead if you try. After you loot this area you'll have more than you can spend. Do I need to say save often hehe.
