Is the max level 20? I'm just wondering because I've barely started the game and I'm already level 9. Seems to me that the way things are going I'll cap level wise before I've even scratched the surface of the game.
Anyone know what happens when you hit lvl 20??

I'm not sure what the level cap is, but levels are unimportant anyway. Your stats all max out at 100 or something, so even if you can't level up, your character can still improve. Don't forget that your misc skills can improve too. |

I don't think there is a max. In the Morrowind.ini file, there is a long list of all the text that is displayed when you level up and after the 20th, they have a default entry. I think this is what is played after you've gone over level 20... they just stopped writing after that. |

No way, i remember in the post on the morrowind general offical forums when they posted their characters pic's Raid i beleive it was said his character was lv 80. |

I'm not sure about skills, but attributes like speed don't max out at 100. I got speed at 300, and then at 2700 and it's a very noticable difference. At 2700, I was spending more time loading than I was running (well, gliding). Heh, I ran off a cliff and died -- I didn't see it coming. |

If level 20 is the cap then I am bugged..because I am level 25 =D
No level 20 is not the maxiumum level..how stupid would that be? =D
BTW..2700 hiding? Wow how many tweaks did you do with the TES..adding in gold for ya, etc..yeesh
