Game won't progress any further |

My game won't progress any further.
I'm up to the part where Carlo is supposed to be telling the King that the Ylsides have attacked again (I've looked at the walkthrough to see what's going on), but it's not happening for some reason.
When I talk to the King he says "Don't let us delay you further" and Carlo says "There's nothing to report". What can I do? I've already restarted the game and got to the same point with the same result. _________________ There're 3 sorts of people who're good at maths - those that are and those that aren't. |

You've missed doing something, but I don't know what. Check the walkthru again and make sure that absolutely everything is done. _________________ If God said it, then that settles it!

Have you touched the meteor after you killed the demon? Click on it until 'the light goes out'. _________________ Jaz |

I did, and I've done everything.
The first time thru I didn't do the Grue and the present quest, but I did the second time. Same result.
Second time I didn't bother to kill the fist Golem (where the blind Priest is) but in neither quest did I kill the Lich onthe other side could I couldn't - it said in the walkthru it was possible to come back to do that later tho, when you're able. _________________ There're 3 sorts of people who're good at maths - those that are and those that aren't. |

It didn't seem to make any difference to the meteor, nothing would harm it, a sword seemed to have no effect and a pick wouldn't do anything _________________ There're 3 sorts of people who're good at maths - those that are and those that aren't. |

I just gone into the game and killed the Golem and clicked on the Meteor, and it still hasn't progressed. _________________ There're 3 sorts of people who're good at maths - those that are and those that aren't. |

Touch the meteor with your hands (try to 'use' it) and your guy should say something. _________________ Jaz |

I can't help much with this but I can at least confirm that killing the Lich doesn't help to trigger Carlo - we didn't and Carlo kicked in fine. In fact, the Lich whupped us pretty darned good, leaving a small puddle of jam where Am Shaegar should be. But it's not the Lich. |

Ok, I'll try 'using' the meteor.
Yeah, I knew the Lich didn't have anything to do with it (I tried about 20 times to kill it - and the undead helper it kept summoning and no way were they gonna die) . And neither does the Golem matter apparently - it's just to have the heart for enchanting (so I've been told).
I've sent an email to support@jowood as per my manual anyway, so will let you know what their answer is. _________________ There're 3 sorts of people who're good at maths - those that are and those that aren't. |

I came here looking for help with that lich. Thanks for the info. I won't bother trying to kill it now. I already went through 20 minutes of fighting and he was still going strong when I finally ran out of health potions.
Is it possible to get the treasure in the chest and get away from that lich? I think I got locked in there when I took the treasure. _________________ SilkenKidden |

No, it's not possible to get the treasure before the secret wall closes, so just save the Lich for later (I made the same mistake, tried to fight him time and time again, until I finally packed up and left). _________________ Jaz |

A couple of Fireballs are very good for softening them up. Otherwise, they can be a handful. Wait till you meet a few in the crypt!! _________________ If God said it, then that settles it!

There are a couple that you have to have max skill levels to do in, and this is one of them. Trust me, if you fail several times, just run and come back later. They will still be there. Just don't do like I did the first time I played and forget to save, save save. _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=
