Ok, so I've gone down a good way underground in the first Dwemer city, but I get to a point where there is a small pool, and a part of the city with three layers.
I don't have Icarian Flight Scrolls, or Levitate.
Hopefully, someone knows what I talk of.
How do I go further into Arkengahrd? (I know thats not how it is spelt) |

I need to know this too. I have flown up to these three levels and found one measly chest. Is there another path through this Dwemer city? Or have a missed the door onwards?
Also, an NPC said something about a key to unlock a door in this city (the guy downstairs in the Balmora Fighters guild). Did I miss this door? I managed to pick my way through them all and didn't come across any that needed a specific key. I also found a key in the middle lvl - is this the same key? |

That's also my question...
I've explored all those ruins but i cannot find a door closed where i can access lower Arkengahrd.
That key is given to you only with an unofficial patch, perhaps lower Ark don't exist... |
