I was diseased once and got cured at well in Arnika. I am in the swamp and diseased again. Is there a spell or potion that will cure me or even a well in Trynton?

There is the cure disease spell and I believe there is a cure disease potion. Cure your character as soon as possible. They can suffer permanent lose of attributes, hit points, or stamina!

Yes, there are spells, and there are potions and there are wells that cure disease and draining...

the well near Lord Braffit in the temple in arnika heals disease
the permanent loss is new to me

Yes, I think it is strongest well (pool) in whole game. It cures also draining.
