One thing I noticed when visiting some of the focus locations is the use of Daggerfall's sound effects. The raven noises and ghostly moans were definately familiar!
I always thought Daggerfall had great sound |

Yeah dagger fall was great. I think those sounds are probably a package deal that companies can buy, because I've heard many daggerfall sounds in movies even: the door opening sound, for example. So I wouldn't assume those sounds are unique (though, worked best with) daggerfall.

I remember the whirring, mechanical sounds of the menus in Carmageddon; I have heard that exact same soundclip in TV shows, movies, even some commercials saince then (not to mention other games). That must be part of a popular sound library |

There's also a rather distinctive birdcall (tweetweet-tweetweet-tweetweetweet) that I'm 100% certain appears in Operation Flashpoint. |
