Because 'fixes' to a console would be very difficult.

Now, when are they saying it will be released now? Last I saw, it was end of May.

On Friday (5/10) Amazon listed the X-Box release date as May, 15. I checked this morning and they are now saying May, 30. I think I'm going to stop checking for release dates since no one (including Bethesda) seems to have any idea when it will actually come out. I'm glad that they're making sure they've got it right before they release it but did they really not know before today that they wouldn't be able to release it on Wednesday? For those of you with the PC version, keep the favorite moments coming. It's the only thing that keeps me hanging on...
