oops, I killed Shrike -now what ?
   

I killed Shrike with a bow( Lefty's Longbow ) instead to beat him up. Now Gorn's only dialogue choise is END.

Have i ruined my future in the new camp or future quests ? I ask this cuz i understand that Gorn is important in future. Will he speak with me again ? or i'm stucked?

Don't worry this quest isn't important, you just lost 200exp but nothing more, you can still end the game, and joing the new camp.
