help, i might have broken a sect quest???

it is the quest after Y'berion dies and the head templar sends you to the water mage leader. i went and saw the water mage leader. he said a bit. that's it. doesnt talk to me after that (only choice is End). i ran back to head templar guy and he doesnt say anything either (End). now what? i think the quest shows as Completed. (

By the head do you mean the guy over the pit of ore or the guy way up at the high part of the camp, past the guards in the mage houses? If you have already done that have you tried soeaking to the other folks in the camps? What camp are you a part of now and have you tried joining any of the camps?
