Go to the New Mine, there is a orc called Tarrok, he will ask you to get a potion, it took me AGES to find it,it is in a corner quite far away from the place you find him (near the beginning of the map), after you finish it, give it to Tarrok, he will ask you for ingredients to making a Ulu-Mulu, go out of the cave and look around the island for them, here is how to get it.
Swampsharks teeth: In the Sect Camp (Swamp Camp)...in the swamp.
Lizards Tongue: Go to the place where there is a shipwreck, try and gain attention of just ONE fire lizard (this is the hardest thing to get), now grab his tongue.
Shadowbeast's Horn: Go into the forest near between the Old and Sect Camp, there will be some Shadowbeasts, kill 1 and take his horn.
Troll's Claws (I think, can't remember what bodypart you need): Get a shrink monster scroll and go to the place you went with Diego to get the focus stone, shrink the troll and kill him, then take his bodypart.
Go back to Tarrok and give him the ingredients, then you get the Ulu-Mulu, now you can go to Orc Town and not get attacked (I found it easier slaying them   )
