I have the following system:
Pentium IV 200Ghz
246Mg Ram
64 Mg NVidia GeForce2 MX
And this is the problem:
When I walk around I appear to be a snail. I never move fast - even when running (although that will eat up fatigue). I have taken everything to the lowest possible setting with 600x480 and there is no difference between that and having everything turned on with 1024x768.
Anyone have any suggestions?
(And yes, I have the latest drivers ) _________________ I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it. |

I hate to ask... but what's your strength and have you tried emptying your inventory? My poor argonian walking pair of sandles... er... brave hunter... has a 70 speed and 40 strength... and moves at a snails pace if I have even half my 200 encumbrance limit filled. My orc heavy armor guy is resigned to the fact that all running does is kill fatigue and raise the athletics skill for a speed multiplier.
I also have a GF2MX (with 32 megs of RAM)... there's a bug where you 'stutter' when you walk in first person view indoors, too. Switching to 3rd is a nice fix for that... I only use first when fighting or picking stuff up. _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi

Where you live? 200 years in future? >D
As I heard, movement is very slow for some people. It also depends on your speed atribute. |

Oops, make that 2Gig
But thanks for the help. I'll just resign myself to taking a long stroll around Morrowind. _________________ I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it. |
