Anyone know how to knock it down? I take it you need some special item, because you can highlight it but if you try to use it the guy just shrugs. He does that with other usable items where you need a specific item to use them. need something else to tumble it?

I had similar problem, I got him to push it over, but it fell the wrong way. I went around that thing 20 times, inch by inch and no luck except for getting it to fall the opposite way. I even tried several times just starting to pusch and moving to other side to direct the fall, but no luck so I gave up.

Don't bother, it never falls the 'right' way. The column is no viable way of getting to the other side.

Thanks Jaz. I would have gone back a few more time just to conquer that thing. It's kind of a rip in a way. I wasted half a day on that thing. Oh well, ever onward.

Yes, you can get over there as a Bloodfly (you need to take the long way though, over the low rocks on the side with the chest on it) or with the help of acrobatics, but the chest's contents aren't so interesting.

Uh... it's been a while, but IIRC it was ore, water and some health potion.

You can also swallow a speed potion and jump.
