ch. 3

just started ch.3. some ugly dude in a hooded cape tried to stop me so I killed him was I susposed to? also I wanted to finish quests in ch. 1 & 2 can I still do this? giraind wants 1000 gold for his release[forget his name] any way around this? thanks

not that i know of but maybe waiting till later chp will help i always freed him ch2 about the seekers don't worry about it.
u can still finish quest from ch1 and ch2

The hooded guys are seekers trying to kill you. You will run into a lot more of them. They have some good loot sometimes. So whack away.
