I was hoping to find lots of gold in them or something.
I thought they were like leather satchels....
And 1 more thing, I wanna learn lockpickin' but the carpenter doesn't trust me and "cassias" is dead. Is there any1 else that can teach me? Im a paladin.

It's Thourbin...or something close to it. Be very careful with your picks, its not like G1, when Thourbin runs out that’s it (that I know of). I have not found anyone else that sells lock picks and I have only found a few in my travels...

But ragnar, i got this problem with Tourbin.
He won't trust me and refuses to teach me.
That is kinda annoying.
And cassias is dead, The damn paladins slayed her before i even could get her to teach me how to picklocks.
*Annoyed*

Is there some way to get Tourbin to trust me? Or is it a lost cause?
There must be some way.

I got about 15 picklocks and i haven't bought any from him, tourbin.
I managed to find quite alot of them, but i don't have any use from them

There are several ways:
(silently assume you already got the blessings from Vatras and Daron)
- give him Lehmar's book, and ask again
- you gave him 100 Gold, for another 100 gold he'll teach you
- you payed Gritta's debts (Matteo), for another 200 gold he'll teach you

The spell didn't work.
But beating the crap out of Lehmar and stealing his book then using the spell on him so he won't be mad,That worked.

Lehmar's book? Who's Lehmar?

I thought getting the God's blessings was a trick. And you were supposed to find another way to get his approval, or not at all. I always paid Gritta's debt.
I never got the option to bribe Thorben.
