How can I get the guards to not attack me anymore?
   

Hey, I accidently killed a guard in Vivec a LONG time ago. They now attack me whenever I go there. Is there any way I can improve my faction with them? Or do I have to go back and start over?

Let the guards arrest you pay the bounty on your head,problem solved,you cansee the price of your bounty just below reputation level,have this much money on hand before you let them arrest you.

I don't think it works that way with the ordinators in Vivec, if you killed one of them they're all on a personal vendetta to get you forever, just kill them all, get an item with constant effect invisibility or start over
