SpellForce 2 In Concert

JoWood has made an announcement at the official 'SpellForce' website that music from 'SpellForce II' will be played at the opening concert of the Games Convention 2005 in Leipzig in August (8/17/2005).

pardon? the spellforce games have some of the best music of all games i played lately.

and i can "picture" them perfectly played in a classical arrangement.

hopefully they record it and release it on cd or offer it to download.

I also think SpellForce had a superb sound track. It was played at the GC concert two years ago.

Every concert gets recorded. Afaik it hasnīt been released. Several in-game tracks can be downloaded from Dynamedionīs homepage, though, and the music can easily be extracted off SpellForce with some tool. Itīs already in mp3, it just needs to be copied out of the resource files.

also, the full breath of winter score is available on the official site and some tunes of sthe original game are up at jowoods site as well
(breath of winter score should be here http://spellforce.jowood.com/?rid=867&lang=de, but the site seems to be down for the moment)

to extract the songs, use either dragon unpacker or game audio player, not sure which works with spellforce, maybe both do

uhm, no.
what i actually meant was: was the concert. LIVE. recorded. it MUST have sound different from the music INGAME, right?
THIS is what i wanted.

i do have both? soundtrackcds shipped with the game, so i already got everything "gamewise", but i hoped to hear the music in a more "lively" form.

ok, nevermind.
