Warren Spectors Video Interview @ UGO
   

UGO has a streaming <a href="http://www.ugo.com/channels/games/exclusive/player.asp?articleID=11768" target="_blank">video interview</a> with Ion Storm's Warren Spector. It was recorded a few weeks prior to the Thief: Deadly Shadows release (and hence the down-sizing of Ion Storm) so references to development of the "3rd game in the Deus Ex series" may or may not still be relevant. The title of the interview is "Warren Spector Unlocks the Secrets of Deus Ex and Thief: Deadly Shadows".

Holy hell, the audio encoding is so unbelievably terrible, I couldn't understand half of the interview. Spare yourselves.
