Stupid crew?!
   

I have sailed to the island, I got to a cave where there is like 5+ orc elits attacking me at the same time, its kinda hard to kill the all... can't I make my stupid crew follow me and help?

If You took Angar he may follow. The others will propably not. But I`m sure Angar had no such an option in the beginning. So maybe it appears after You pass certain point or after some time. Anyone knows?

I got both Angar and Gorn! I don't think I got any option on any of them.

This game pisses me off, now I need a bow for that stupid birdge... where the hell do I get one? When I looked at what Diego could trade with me, I saw a bow... but he don't have it anymore!

Edit: Found a bow in one of the chests by the dragon...
