E3: 1350 New Games
   

Swiss <a href="http://www.gamesweb.com" target="_blank">Gamesweb</a> has posted up an interesting statistic regarding the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). A total of 1,350 new games will be presented at the show that is held May 13-15 this year. <br>According to the survey (conducted by ISDA = Interactive Digital Software Association) 57.3% of these games are video games, 26.7% PC games, 8.6% games for handheld devices and 2.6% online/Internet games. <br>Regarding genres, RPGs come in 3rd place at 11.7% right after action games (20.3%) and sports/racing games (15.5%).

1350 new games??? Really new, yet unannounced games??? Unbelievable!

Anyway, time for some calculating:
1350 games overall, 26.7% of which are PC Games, makes 360 new PC Games!

1350 games overall, 11,7% of which are RPG Games, makes 158 new RPGs!

Taking, that the 11.7% RPGs go for PC Games also, that makes 42 new PC RPGs alone!

Amazing number, let's hope, there's some Jewels among them and not just only MMORPGs!

I can't wait to see how Deus Ex:Invisible War goes about looking these day. And other titles of interest, too.
