thats funny I wrote to P-B (many many times)
and all that I get out of them is:
We cant tell you

no yes, no no, no maybe
all they say is they are working on projects
(no names, no hints at sequels or what)

I haven't seen anything about it for Xbox. I know Morrowwind is coming out for PC and Xbox at the same time. Sometime this Spring. Sooo, I just have to stretch Gothic out to last until then. Which is unlikely, since I am driven to play every single night, and I keep forgetting to do other things - like go to work, speak to my wife, eat, sleep, . . .

eewww,
nah since gothic 1 was quite a big thing on the pc i dont think they'd risk it making gothic 2 a console game

As far as i know, PB is currently working on 2 projects.
One is a sequel to Gothic (Gothic 2?)
The other one is also a RPG, but settled in a SCI-FI Universe.

hmm might not be as good as gothic, i think the medi-evil theme really puts the spin on gothic as an rpg.

Don't know if it was a fact, but I read in some (might've been here) list of game of the year where people could vote that it's under dev.
