Marvin Cheat?

I have a Problem: the Marvin Cheat dos not seem to work on the german Version - any Idea why?

Also the INI Flie is written in english (the game is written by germans as far as I know) but I cant find the line "test mode" wich you would have to change in order to acivate the cheats
