Where can I find antique ore armor?Which level required?

The ore armor is in xardis's old tower its near his new one in a large lake, you cant miss it...

Not sure on lvl, but i think you have to be a mage only to wear it

You can be Level 1 if you want to...

But you must still reach the fifth chapter.
