Neversummer is supposed to be a free MMORPG add-on for Neverwinter Nights. Where can I find it?

I can't see it at NW Vault and there isn't much NWN-related they don't cover, so...
This is probably being pedantic but while there's Persistant Worlds for NWN, you couldn't call them "massive" as in MMORPG.

I can't find anywhere to download it though! 
Maybe they're not finished with it.
