allright, first the good thing...

all the sudden i have a huge speed increase..when i load a savegame it takes exactly 2/3 second and it's done..while first i had to wait like 10 seconds or more...it was all because i changed 2 things in the ini file .

videoscale to 1
and blood to 3

it's unbelieveable..normally the old mine would stutter alot here..now it's silky smooth, but the loading times are fantastic..so damn short now..great.

bad thing:

normally i could always minimize Gothic using Ctrl+esc and then the windows start bar would show again...so i could browse the internet while iwas still in gothic ...but now when i do ctrl esc it goes right away to the green windows desktop
and the gothic icon shows on the bar below...and then i get the fatal error orwhatever...and quits gothic...how is this possible? it always worked ...

Blloddetail only increases the amount of blood the game displays,so it shouldn't affect the loadingtimes.And scalevideos is 1 by default,so i wonder what you did.

another strange thing...there are no minecrawlers to be found in the old mine..while in my last save there was a horde ofcrawlers close to that working orc slave...this is really weird..it's just emtpy ..no crawlers at all

no, this really is not good..i need thatsecretion...and there are NO minecrawlers left at all...not one single crawler..while i havent attacked them at all as well...this definetely is a bug..in an older savegame thecrawlers are there..and 100% sure i didn't kill em...

Use a cheat and spawn yourself a crawler.

Yep..i'm positive about it..i counted it again...man this is so much fun...usually i had to wait quite long for a loading game progress...but this is just amazing...

well...its not the .ini file , cause there are minecrawlers in an older savegame...

scaleVideos=1
; ... disable scaling of videos (0) if you have problems with your graphics-adapter, default is on (1)

bloodDetail=3
; ... details of blood (0 = off), use values from 0 to 3

that's all i used man i'm amazed by this as well...don't know what caused it..but it's great, that's for sure...and it's not a thing that just happens once..i already rebooted my pc , did it again...and itwas all there.
