Ham and Swiss cheese on fresh Rye bread toasted in a skillet then adding tomato and lettuce, with mayonaisse and hot mustard or horseradish on top. Served with whole dill pickle and potato salad.
Either that or cold sliced roast beef with Swiss cheese with tomato, red onion and lettuce on dark Rye with horseradish and mayonaisse served with whole dill pickle/cole slaw or potato salad.
