One reason why I don't like turn-based is fallout.
In some battles in fallout 2, specifically where you had to protect bromine, I had to wait at least 3 minutes between my turns, because 10 bromine, my two guys, and about 8 dogs all had to take their turn.
Kinda going on the next part but I just had to rant now that I'm thinking about it.
On some battles in fallout 2, I don't remember being annoyed by this in the first one, but I never had may followers in the first one, my followers got injured and ran away, but the idiots run off screen, taking the baddie with them so it was impossible for me to save his sorry butt. It really mad me mad too because it was a random battle between slavers and golden geckos, and was fairly early in the game so I wanted all the loot. _________________ --

I enjoy all 3 styles myself.
In the answer to the question...I think turn-based offers the most strategy, so it'd have to be my favorite. However, there are those times I like to play Secret of Mana and Gothic style. _________________ = Member of The Nonflamers' Guild =
