Bonelords and Bonewalkers usually drop them when killed. These are found in Ancestor Tombs, after youīve levelled some. To ten I think... There IS someone who has an endless supply, but I canīt remember where... And there is also a plugin, placing a girl in Balmora Mages guild that sells endless supplies of common, great and grand. Sheīs called Zianah. And so is the plugin.

there is a guy in one of Telvanni towns(Sadrith mora, Tel Aruhn, Tel Mora and some others). Im sorry but I dont know which town or guys name but im sure thats he is in telvanni town(those wierd looking towns with wierd houses) |

IRL a always wear a hat, I canīt see very well so i wear glasses, and i also have a beard. So i guess it should be more like =|8-)#
