ive been playing for a couple of days and i have master 1h and master 2h. i have around 70 str and 40 something dex.
but sometiems like f.e. when i attack swampsharks they dont get hit when i swing my blade. even though it sounds like it hit and im practically standing on top of it bashing away its health doesnt go down. does this have something to do with dex?
does dex affect your sword combat? as in how fast u are or something?
also does anyone know how to get the damn golem? ive tried bashing it with my sword but that doesnt work. ive tried blasting it with spells but that doesnt work. ive tried lureing it onto the bridge and tricking it into falling of but that doesnt work..

Question about dext. must answer someone else, but
about golems:
I know three golems in this game, everyone of them requires "special killing way".
- stone golem
you can kill him only with hammer
- ice golem
you can kill him only with fire spells
- fire golem
you can kill him with lightning spells (ice spells didnt work for me)

It could be because your str is still to low and or your weapon. Eventually you can hit them. |

thx for the golem tip
as for the swampshark. i dont think my str is too low cause sometimes i actually land a blow and it takes maybe 1/5 of its health. but dex doesnt affect speed at all? |

To kill the swampshark you have to hit them when they're about to strike IE: when they pick their heads up off the ground and are getting ready to attack. Otherwise, they're practically invulnerable. |

It might be true. I killed them all with bow and ussually my arrows hit target (do damage) near everytime, but when shooting on swampsharks, one of 5 or more arrows do damage.
