Now where in the hell is that medicine? I just can't find it anywhere in the mine, although it should be there.Guess I just haven't search long enough, but can somebody tell me the exact location?

Have to admit, this took me some time to find also!
From where you are standing, facing the orc, walk off the right side of the block and work your way down as far as you can go (2 small slopes).
Next to the second slope, there is a large boulder which you can either jump over or edge your way around.....behind it is the medicine..
