slowing progression mod, is it possible?

ok, don't get me wrong, i think this game is the greatest thing ever. it reminds me of what ultima 9 was trying to do, only bethsoft did it right! and it is sooooooooooo sweet. greatest game ever.

anyway, i was wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to slow down experience progression. maybe lowering all the % of exp gained from killing and using skills. it's really well balanced, but i seem to be leveling a little too fast for my taste. the thing i loved about everquest was that it took forever to gain a level. a lot of the time you get in a fight and you win but just by a hair, and all you get was a tiny tiny blip of exp on the bar. it kind of made gaining a level a huge personal achievement. i was on level 38 for over a month and i played everyday for 3 hours.
anyone know how this would be possible?
thx.

Either globals or skill

You can either change the numbers on each skill in the skill section or look in the setting for a global that changes progression. (I can't remember what global does it)
