I am curious to know, what is your favorite kind of cheese? Mine happens to be Colby-Jack, which is a combination of Colby Cheddar cheese and Monterray (sp?) Jack cheese.

I can't decide between cheddar and parmesan but according to the cheese test I'm a cheddar:

According to that test I'm also cheddar.  Oh well, I still prefer Colby-Jack.
