How do I solve the theft quest in the castle in the valley of mines?
Everyone I talk to dosent seem to know

You mean the stolen purse from the paladin? (I forgot his name)
You'll find his purse at the black smithie.. Its near a bench

DON"T OPEN IT !!
   

I opened it and forgot to save so I don't know what happens if you don't open it...but when you do he wont teach you how to fight any more and he gets all pissy...but then again maybe if you help him kill the guy you said stole it

He's allways pissy.. Even if you help him or if you don't open the purse, I did both ways.
But if you don't open it he'll be pissy but he'll still learn you how to increase your one-handed skills.
