I was very surprised, when I read the news in the German Printmag PC Action in their April 2002 issue, which said, Burut is working on Golden Land 2 and wants to release it in Q4/2002. Since Golden Land 1 hasn't been releaed yet, I asked Burut about the news, here's their answer (by Vladimir Nikolaev):
It must be some kind of a mistake. Nowadays we are working on GoldenLand (part1) and we'll need a lot of time before it'll be ready, so I don't know where the information about Golden Land 2 could appear.
|

This is a common mistake, caused by the fact that GoldenLand in Russia is released as "Zlatogorje 2". And there was part one, some years ago, that was never translated into English, nor sold outside Russia. So, some people, will call GoldenLand GoldenLand 2. Just keep this in mind. _________________ - Druids do not fight with metal weapons! Sit here, and you over here. Put the elbows of your right arms on the table...

Wasn't the first part realeased in english under the name 'Heath' ? Since it's a pretty awful game it left me sceptic about Golden Land. |

Wooohoooo! Heath is indeed a prequel to GoldenLand, or "Zlatogorje 1". I did know it was ever released in English. Thank you for enlightening me. I completely agree that it was one awful RPG, but I think GoldenLand is somewhat slightly better. I will make a review of GoldenLand for RPGDot someshere in November. Wait and see _________________ - Druids do not fight with metal weapons! Sit here, and you over here. Put the elbows of your right arms on the table...
