1) I saw in a topic that you must destroy the stone golem with a hammer, but where can i find it?
2) How do i get to be Necromancer, i'me now a circle 3 magician.

There are many hammers, you can find them, buy them etc. But one is near first stone golem you will fight (Bridge golem) in cave - this is "Orc hammer".

You will be able later in game (if you are OC or NC), if you joined SC, you will be limited to 4th circle.

If you are in OC, you will be able to learn 4th circle from leader of Firemages, 5th from leader of watermages, 6th from Xardas the Necromancer himself  .
