The Fall: Refund For German Amazon Customers

Silver Style has announced at the official German 'The Fall' website that all customers who bought the game from Amazon are going to receive a EUR 5,00 refund. Additionally, the price of the game has been reduced by the same margin so the retail version no longer costs EUR 44.99 at Amazon but EUR 39.99 instead.
Reason: Technical difficulties with the game. It seems like it's got massive issues. Silver Style has promised to release more patches ASAP.

SSE canīt blame the publisher - they self-publish The Fall!

French and Spanish release are coming very soon.

The good news is that there are only a few reports about serious gameplay issues. The number of different technical problems is also limited, although many of them are heavy. If every coder fixes only 1 technical problem per day the situation should improve quickly.

I've been playing the German version since yesterday and yes, there are problems.Path finding is an issue and on a whole the moving of even your single char is problamatic, let alone 4 or 5 others. The characters are also not well done.No imagination went into forming these chars and npcs. They walk around like zombies.Your char, dosen't matter who you choose, looks like crap. When you zoom in you`'ll see what I mean. Its almost as if Silver Style wanted to do too much in certain areas and not enough thought went into others. They need to do a major over haul for this rpg to become a success but I haven't given up hope yet.Not yet.
