I'm not sure, but I think it is in the foreign quarter, not Jobasha's, but the one in the waterworks. I remember seeing a bookstore down there somewhere. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll look down there. I searched throughout Vivec and couldn't find the bookstore. i seen many, but not the one I was looking for. I thought I searched all of the Foreign Quarter but probably left out the waterworks because I didn't think anything would be down there. Thanks again
