Can't find Drerel Indarel!

Well I dont know if any of you came across this little quest;There is this lady Falanu Indaren just outside Ald Ruhn and she told me that she lost her husband after they had been attack by Nix hounds.She says that he was injured and that he fled after the attack towards the west.She also mentions that she is not entirely sure that he fled west but she says that he couldn't have gone far , being injured and all..Well the thing is that I've checked all around; I went till the Ghostfence and Gnaar Mok but all in vain ..
I simply can't find the guy (Drerel Indarel)..If anyone knows, please hint me to the right direction...Thank you all in advance.....

P.S. Do you by any chance know the whereabouts of the ruins of Ball Fell?
(I am looking for Ashirbadon cave on a small island west of Ball Fell)

Nevermind, I found him..He was close-by after all on a small hill next to some big rocks..Still looking for the Ball Fell though...
