What concerts have you gone to? |
|
I've been to quite a few; most in the 90's and late 80's.
Guns n Roses
Stone Temple Pilots
ZZTOP
Iron Maiden
Anthrax
Megadeth
Slayer
Metallica
Ozzy
Pantera
Alice in Chains
Van Halen
Dokken
Primus
Front 242
Depech Mode
Garth Brooks
The Oak Ridge Boys
Bachman Turner Overdrive
The Gourds
V Roys
Cherry Knight
White Zombie
Dinosaur Jr.
Cindarella
Steve Earle
Scorpions
Everything But the Girl
I've seen some of them multiple times, and I am sure I am forgetting some. Those days were kind of hazy
I wish I had gone to see Boston when I had the chance and my ultimate concert would have been Led Zep, but they were mostly before my time. _________________ "You two are a regular ol' Three Musketeers."

Impressive! I might have seen Scorpions, but I am not sure at this point.
EDIT: Actually yes, I did see Scorpions on Monsters of Rock tour in 88' with Metallica, Van Halen, Dokken, Scorpions, and Kindom Come. _________________ "You two are a regular ol' Three Musketeers." |

I don't think I could list them all. Most recently I saw Linkin Park who was touring with POD, Hoobastank and Story of the Year. _________________ -=Professional Secret Agent=-

Let's see...
Great Big Sea
assorted Celtic local bands
Green Day (left me permanently partially deaf in my left ear. Sound above a certain decible now dissolves into a roar of white noise)
That's about it.
I passed on a Bryan Adams concert when I was a kid.
I had tickets to a Monsters of Rock in Germany but someone was murdered the venue before the one I had tickets to so my mom took them (I was 14 I think.)
For a lover of music I don't go to a lot of concerts. Before Green Day it was because nobody I knew wanted to go. Now it's because it's painful if I don't wear earplugs (and still know nobody who wants to go). _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi

I'm not a concert freak, but have been to a few in my time. The best one was definitely the mighty Republica, and my biggest regret is missing out on Moloko. _________________ Charlie Dobbie

I saw White Zombie in a large club, but it was totally packed. Once they started playing, the crowd began to churn and it was all I could do to stay on my feet. It was wild and a bit scary, especially since I had my girlfriend with me and I had to keep her from getting roughed up too. _________________ "You two are a regular ol' Three Musketeers." |

Haven't been to any gigs in ages, but I have fond memories of...
Tool
Therapy?
Cop Shoot Cop
Hair and Skin Trading Co.
I also went to see Drive Like Jehu (sp?) at a little pub in Newcastle, and their support band Peanut (bunch of middle-aged geordie punks) were miles better than them. They were supposed to be supported by Ash, who unexpectedly became famous and pulled out, so we got Peanut instead. That was a bonus for me, cos I hate Ash. |
